Frankly has been bad in the past, he has been given many chances, and he wasted them all.
But that is the past, recently frankly has been very nice to me, and you can see that he has changed a lot, he isn't raging for every little issue, i would feel really guilty if i gave him a - , so I'm giving him a +
Its obvious that he's not getting accepted, better luck next time

This application will stay open till everyone gives him +1,it's on him to how to convince everyone(of course,if he does'nt want to join PS than this apllication will be closed,till than he will remain as PS outsider)

I think we don't need troublemakers like Frankly and Crazze in PS. This only make us irritating and makes PS a mess.

In his previous app, almost everyone gave him a +1 and now everyone gives him a -1..
As i said before, i hope u don't give him - just for me to stay in PS..
I say that again because it's obvious to me that u all give him -1 just for me to stay..

And i would like to add that if u all believe that he deserves to be in PS by giving him a +1, then maybe i'll reconsider it and try to solve my problems with him.. (I'm not promising anything about if i'm going to stay or not if that happens..)
