Well, I'd say I keep this in my mind for the case that he will be banned again. If he keeps the rules from now on I will close both eyes and say it's okey, because it would only cause more trouble on him.
So if he keeps on breaking the rules, we will have to give him a bigger punishment.
Re-banning him now would not make anything better, I am sure you agree on that.

I am not gonna play any game with kaplannn fair , i will abuse bugs and hacks
it doesn't give me unfair advantage because he use it too (like Lance Armstrong)

No Xanti, you got me wrong. I said it makes no sense to ban him now for Ban Evasion again. If he keeps playing unfair with cheats or abuses things, then for sure we will take actions.
But giving another ban now makes no sense at all, because if he sticks to the rules from now on it's fine and if he does not, then he will be banned anyway.
